Our misting system operates at 1000 psi via specially designed pump combined with SS nozzles and high pressure Nylon pipe. As the system starts high pressure water is forced through SS nozzles causing flash evaporation. The evaporation takes place before the mist settles and cooling down the ambient air temp.

We make the mist, Mother Nature does the rest. When ultra-fine water droplets (mist/Fog) are introduced into the environment causing the liquid water to change state and become a gas (water vapour).  In the process the Air is cooled by a natural Process (endothermic reaction) known as evaporative cooling.

Lokpal’s  high pressure misting system are designed to efficiently introduce a super fine mist into the area to be cooled or humidified which almost instantly evaporates (Flash evaporative cooling).In the cast of our misting Lokpal combines evaporative and corrective  cooling (wind chill factor) to achieve spectacular results.
